Aaron graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Sport Science from Oregon State University and went on to complete his Masters in Adapted Physical Education with teacher licensure at the same institution. Aaron taught middle school and elementary PE and Health for 5 years before deciding to pursue a doctoral degree. His research interests lie in critical and philosophical theory, as well as applied or communicated experiences of people, specifically persons with (dis)ability, in physical education and/or physically active settings. When he is not working, he likes to run, play basketball, climb, play disc golf, or hang out with family/friends.
