How To Apply
East Carolina University, in collaboration with eight universities throughout the United States, has received funds for the Multi-institution Mentorship Consortium (MAMC) to prepare doctoral students (scholars) in the field of Adapted Physical Activity. This project will provide the selected students:
· Full tuition
· Monthly stipend
· Conference travel in the U.S.
· Biweekly seminar training
· Summer institution
· Exchange program across universities
· Mentorship from nationally recognized U.S. faculty
· Collaborative opportunities across U.S.
· Practicum/internship experience
· Guest lectures from nationally known researchers
The partner universities have recruited the first group of scholars to begin in 2020. A second group of scholars will be admitted for the Summer or Fall of 2021.
